Returns window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/packaging.
- Non-returnable: final sale items, gift cards, intimate apparel, and personalized/custom items unless defective.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to start a return
- Email support@Cheekyvintage.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Exchanges
For faster service, place a new order for the desired item and return the original item per the steps above.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.
