Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. It may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
Customs, duties, & taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Wrong address & undeliverable packages
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please check with the carrier and your local delivery point. We’re happy to assist, but we are not liable for packages after delivery confirmation.
